We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options. Below you will find a list of insurance plans that we accept. If you don’t see your preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you.
We will collect an estimated amount on the day services are rendered. You will still be responsible for any balance after the insurance pays.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks.
Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
